Welcome to Giner Villas

Two typically Spanish villas are situated on a large property on the edge of Murla’s town center.
Together, the two villas offer a total of 10 bedrooms (5 per villa) and 6 bathrooms.

For large groups of up to 24 people, both villas can be rented together.
For groups of up to 12 people, it is possible to rent just one of the two villas and still have exclusive use of all facilities (meaning nothing needs to be shared and 1 villa will just be closed off).

With ample outdoor space, including terraces, the BBQ area and large private pool, it is the perfect setting for families and friends to enjoy time together.
Each villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a patio, and a terrace.
Both authentic villas are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Relax by the fireplace in winter or unwind by the pool in summer.
With its peace and spaciousness, it is a fantastic place to enjoy quality time together and truly disconnect.

A one-minute walk from the villa brings you right into the center of Murla, with its village square, castle-church, and cafés.
The Giner villas are situated at an ideal location in the beautiful Pop Valley, just a few minutes’ drive from Vall de Laguar.
You are surrounded by nature, with views of the mountains encircling the valley and the famous ‘Caballo Verde’ mountain.

Below, you will find all our rates for 2026 and 2027.
Prices depend on the period of stay and the size of the group (whether you rent both villas or just one).
The minimum duration of stay varies from 2 nights in the low season to 5 nights in the high season (different minimum duration of stay may apply for public holidays).
