Holiday house

The holiday house is an entirely private home in the Jalon valley.
In the middle of the Jalon valley (built against a mountain) is the quiet urbanization ‘Valle del Paraïso’.
This is where the holiday house with fantastic views over the valley is located.

The house is ideal for 4 people and fully furnished.
There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en-suite), a spacious living room, semi-open kitchen, terrace, backyard, balcony, guest toilet, roof terrace, large swimming pool and private parking space.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, gas hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer and all the necessities that an extensive kitchen should have.
From the garden, the terrace, the balcony, the bedrooms, the roof terrace and even from the bathroom you have a breathtaking view over the mountains and the valley with its vineyards, citrus and almond trees.
A few meters from the house is a private parking space at the entrance to the garden and the back entrance of the house.
There is a large communal swimming pool with a deep and shallow end and several terraces around the pool.
The center of Jalon is about 1 km away.

The prices are based on 4 people and include:

• Airconditioning, water en electricity
• Bathroom towels
• WIFI
• Parking
• Tax

The prices are excluding:

• Final cleaning; one time €100

Conditions:

• Maximum 4 guests
• Minimum length of stay in low season = 2 nights
• Minimum length of stay in high season = 4 nights
• Not suitable for babies and children under 12 years of age
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties are not allowed
• Deposit of €150
